These terms cover your use of retarget.marketing. They are not the terms of a re:target assessment — that is a separate written agreement, and where the two disagree, the agreement wins.
Who you are dealing with
Idea Bulut Solutions SL, a company registered in Spain, with its office in Madrid.
What is on this site
Descriptions of what re:target does, a sample report, and a simulated run. The sample report is fictional data for a fictional org. It is a realistic illustration of the report format, not a benchmark, and nothing in it is a claim about what your org will score.
The simulated run on /demo is labelled as a simulation because that is what it is. It connects to nothing, and it produces the same fixed result every time.
Findings are findings, not guarantees
A report describes what re:target could observe through a read-only metadata API at a point in time. Complexity bands, usage classifications and watch items are analysis, not a quotation, not a fixed price, and not a warranty of how long a migration will take or of what will move cleanly. We do not state a duration in days, and nothing in a report should be read as one.

These terms are governed by Spanish law, and the courts of Madrid have jurisdiction.
