This notice covers retarget.marketing, the marketing site. The re:target product itself — what happens to metadata from a connected Marketing Cloud business unit — is described on the security page and governed by your contract.

What this site collects

When you send a form

The contact and partner forms collect only the fields shown on them: your work email, your company or agency, and the answers you pick from the dropdowns. That goes to a Google Sheet and an email notification, both inside our Google Workspace. We use it to reply to you and to keep track of the conversation. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Each form carries a hidden field and a minimum time before it will submit. Both exist to catch bots. Neither collects anything about you.

When you use the simulated run

The simulated run on /demo collects nothing. There is no form to fill in — the credential fields are read-only samples — and the run is a scripted animation over fixed data. It makes no request to Marketing Cloud and no request to us.

Analytics

This site currently runs no analytics at all. No measurement script is loaded and no analytics cookie is set. If that changes, this notice and a consent banner will change with it.

What we do not do

No advertising or remarketing pixels. (Yes, we are aware of the joke.)
No third-party fonts — Instrument Sans and JetBrains Mono are served from our own domain.
No embedded video, chat widget, or social button that would phone home on page load.
No profiling, and no automated decision-making.

Cookies and local storage

The site sets no cookie of its own. If you accept analytics, Google sets its own cookies at that point. Your banner choice is kept in this browser's local storage so we do not ask again; it never leaves your device.

How long we keep things

Form submissions: for as long as the conversation is live, and up to 24 months after.
Analytics, if you accepted it: 14 months.
Your consent choice: until you clear this browser's storage.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to us processing it. Email hello@retarget.marketing and we will answer within a month, usually much sooner. You also have the right to complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD.

Changes

If we change what this site collects, we change this page and the date at the top of it before the change goes live.
